Unit will come boxed. To arrange installation for this product in New Zealand, please contact us. Special delivery will need to be arranged with the courier if you have stairs leading up to your property.
Product will only be shipped after full payment is received.
All available products will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Please have someone to assist on the day of delivery.

Estimated Delivery time
New Zealand: Between 5 -10 working days after order is placed.
International Shipping (Australia): Between 21 - 30 working days after order is placed. A $500NZ Freight Fee will incur for majority of orders. Due to all stock being held in our Australian warehouse.

Cancellations, Returns or Refunds
We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds due to change of mind. On rare occasions, if a change of mind request is approved, an admin fee of $199NZD + GST will incur.
